No Prisoners, No Mercy
There comes a time, friends, when your favorite MMO ceases to sparkle, when even new videogames lose their luster, and the computer room becomes a prison; and all that is left are two gamers (who happen to be nuns) with a very large axe to grind. Come join Julie Whitefeather and Frances Kosac as they discuss the events in the videogame industry.

Show Notes: Welcome to Show 84!

This time we start with a tale of divine intervention and the unlucky thief. Sister Julie gets her kicks somewhere besides Route 66 (and along with way get’s rapped but not on the knuckles). Next the first shoe drops for Trion Worlds in Kabniel’s last hurrah. Along the way we discuss why, after three shots at it by triple-A developers, the public quest game mechanic still has not been properly executed.

In the second half of the show we talk about Sony Computer Entertainment of America (SCEA) vs. George Hotz and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. As a result Anonymous appears to have brought the hammer down on SCEA.

Welcome to show 83!

This week we welcome Mechanoid Kryten, founder of Griefer Geddon, and Geoffwice, vice-division captain from The Older Gamers (we are not sure what vice he is in charge of I guess you will have to listen to the show to find out), This week we talk about what Griefer Geddon has planned for the future. Who did Julie taunt into hurling burning nun dolls over the convent wall and why? Who is the real Mechanoid Kryten when she is not taunting Helicity Boson? (no, she is not Helicity Boson’s alt). Eve Online Industry, Android apps, and how to trap a griefer are also subjects of the day. And just why is it that the devs from CCP, Trion Worlds and the artists formerly known as Mythic sit down for a beer?
